The Greatest County Fair on Earth

The Great Darke County Fair, held in Greenville, Ohio is my inspiration for this one.

If you are ever near midwestern Ohio in late August and like the county fair scene, don't let this one get away. For years it has been billed (at least locally) as the largest/greatest county fair on earth. It may or may not be true but it pretty darn big with a lot of everything that makes up a fair.

wear thin real fast

lipstick on the collar

kisses for a dollar

the midway never sleeps

guess my weight

not on the first date

win a bear instead

racing horses

uncontrollable forces

leave me weak in the knees

cotton candy

a flask of brandy

aren’t exactly health food

indigestion

satisfaction

the difference is just the gas

copping feels

beneath the bleacher seats
